2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ Return Request Period – Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
✔ Condition of the Watch – The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags, stickers, and protective covers intact.
✔ Original Packaging – The watch must be returned with the original box, papers, warranty card, and any included accessories.
✔ Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
✔ Non-Customized Items – Personalized or custom-engraved watches are not eligible for returns.
🔹 Any watch showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (such as bracelet sizing adjustments) will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
❌ Customized or Engraved Watches – Any personalized modifications.
❌ Final Sale or Discounted Items – Products marked as “Final Sale” are not returnable.
❌ Watches Without Original Packaging – If the original box, warranty, or accessories are missing.
❌ Damaged Items Due to Customer Negligence – Watches with scratches, broken parts, or other physical damage caused by improper handling.
4. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return Request
✔ Contact our customer service at contact@hotcity.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Provide your order number, photos of the watch, and the reason for return.
Step 2: Return Authorization Approval
✔ If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
✔ Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
Step 3: Securely Pack & Ship the Item
✔ Package the watch carefully in its original packaging.
✔ Ship using a trusted courier with tracking and insurance to prevent loss or damage.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
✔ Once received, our team will inspect the watch within 5-7 business days.
✔ If approved, we will proceed with a refund, exchange, or store credit as per your request.
5. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund based on the original payment method:
✔ Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
✔ PayPal Transactions – Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.

✔ If the new watch is lower in value, the remaining balance will be refunded or issued as store credit.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items

✔ Clear Photos of the Watch & Packaging
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
