- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for perishable items such as mooncakes, unless there is a defect or damage during shipping.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
- Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable items (e.g., packaging or accessories), you may return the product in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
